MECHANICAL PARTS AND ITS USAGES

       

  • O-RING

                        Used for arresting leakages any lubricants and air (Immovable area)

  • SEAL
                        Used for arresting grease and air (Movable area)

  • BEARING
                        To avoid friction

  •  VALVE
                                    To control any flow elements or process variable                                        (Isolation, Regulating, Non return, Special Purpose)

  • ACTUATOR

                        Used for operate the Valves

  •  GASKET- It is used for arresting leakage between two flanges.
            Types:
                                    1.  Metal Gasket
                                                Used for heat line 
                                    2. Spiral Wound
                                                Normally used for steam gas oil and hot water lines
                                    3. Asbestos
                                                Used for water lines
                                    4. Graphite Coated Asbestos
                                                Steam hot water lines
                                    5. RTJ-Ring Type Joined
                                                High Pressure Lines (Clause 900 ~ 2500)

  •  GLAND PACKING- It is used for arresting leakage between shaft and                                                         body(Casing)
·       Types:

                                    1. Teflon
                                                Used for cooling water and gas

                                    2. Graphite
                                               Normally used for steam and hot water lines

Takbiran Idul Adha 1440 H Jamaah Muda Masjid At Takrim Gapuk

Malam takbiran Idul Adha 1440 H ini terasa kurang afdol kalau tidak diadakan langsung acara takbiran bareng di masjid dan bentuk takbirannya pun bukan dari MP3 maupun CD yang diputar di CD Player lantas ditinggal pergi oleh Marbot masjid. Di Masjid At Takrim Gapuk Dasan Agung Mataram,  para jamaah muda yang tidak ikut pawai takbiran keliling akan berkumpul membentuk halaqoh/kumpulan sambil mengumandangkan bacaan takbiran saling sahut menyahut dengan membentuk pola suara yang uenak di dengar. Dan bila semakin malam maka akan semakin bertambah para jamaah yang ikut serta membaca takbiran hingga larut malam jam 03.00 pagi.  Kalau masalah bergadang hingga larut malam ini,  para jamaah muda ini sudah terbiasa karena mereka setiap malamnya selalu mertadarusan membaca Al Qur'an hingga jam 12.00 WITA.
