Pekerjaan Turret Reaktor Biogas

          Turret adalah menara kecil yang terdapat di atas kubah reaktor biogas. Fungsi Turret adalah untuk melindungi pipa gas utama agar terlindung dari gangguan yang dapat menyebabkan pipa gas utama bergeser dari posisi semula. Turret dipasang paling lambat sehari setelah kubah dilapisi semen.Jika terlambat, dapat menyebabkan kebocoran antara pipa gas utama dan kubah. Pembangunan menara kecil ini harus dilakukan pada saat beton di permukaan luar kubah kering.
       Menara dapat dibangun dengan menggunakan beton apabila ada sisa adukan dari lapisan kubah.Ukuran menara disesuaikan dengan ukuran batu dan batu bata. Menara boleh berbentuk persegi atau lingkaran. Jika berbentuk persegi ukuran Turret adalah 36 x 36 cm sedangkan apabila dibuat berbentuk lingkaran, diameternya harus sebesar 20 cm. Tinggi menara sekurang-kurangnya adalah 40 cm.
          Langkah-langkah untuk pemasangan Turret adalah sebagai berikut :
1. Jika bahan yang digunakan batu bata maka gambar dulu lay out Turret di atas kubah. Kemudian pasang batu bata. Selalu periksa kedataran, ketegakan, kelurusan dan kerataan pasangan Turret. Pemeriksaan dilakukan setiap pemasangan 1 lapisan selesai.

2. Periksa kesikuan setiap pemasangan 1 lapisan selesai.

3. Lakukan pemplesteran Turret.

4.Lakukan pengacian pada Turret.

5. PasanglahTurret dengan menggunakan adukan beton dan berbentuk persegi. Buatlahterlebih dahulu bekisting Turret, kemudian pasang pada Turret dan masukkan adukan beton dengan campuran 1 : 3 : 5 atau 6. Berilah perkuatan untuk menjaga agar bekisting tidak bergeser.

6. Setelah Turret selesai dicor, maka lakukan pendinginan dengan menutupinya dengan karung basah.
