Resep Pepes Jamur Yang Kaya Gizi Dan Lezat


Bahan-bahan yang perlu disiapkan

Untuk membuat makanan olahan dari jamur, yakni pepes dari jamur, anda harus menyiapkan bahan-bahan berikut ini :

  • Jamur tiram 100 gr 
  • Santan kental 50 ml 
  • 2 butir telur ayam 
  • 1 buah tomat besat, potong kecil-kecil 
  • 1 buah cabai hijau besar, iris serong 
  • Kemangi secukupnya 
  • 1 batang Serai iris tipis 
  • 4 lembar daun salam 
  • 3 siung bawang putih 
  • 4 butir bawang merah 
  • 4 buah cabai keriting 
  • 3 buah cabai rawit 
  • Ketumbar ½ sendok teh 
  • Merica ¼ sendok teh 
  • Gula secukupnya 
  • Garam secukupnya 
  • Daun pisang secukupnya

Cara membuat :

Cara membuat resep pepes jamur sangat mudah dan juga sederhana. Pertama, siapkan jamur dan cuci hingga bersih lalu suwir-suwir kecil. Sesudah itu, haluskan bumbu-bumbu seperti cabai, bawang merah, bawang putih dan bumbu-bumbu lainnya hingga benar-benar halus. Siapkan wadah dan masukkan bumbu tersebut dalam satu wadah.

Campurkan dengan jamur dan aduk hingga merata. Jika sudah merata, ambil selembar daun pisang dan olesi dengan minyak goreng. Lalu masukkan adonan jamur secukupnya kedalam daun pisang dan bungkus menggunakan daun pisang. Jika sudah terbungkus semuanya, kukus selama 30 menit.
