Ide Spesifik



Ide spesifik berarti detail dan aktual. Sangat penting bagi seluruh anggota team memiliki kontribusi terhadap upaya mencapai tujuan organisasi.
Namun sayangnya ide-ide yang keluar terkadang jauh dari harapan. Ide yang masuk dalam kategori ini masih dalam tahap "mungkin" bisa dan tidak. Bahasa simplenya, masih asal bicara. 

Ide tidak muncul begitu saja, ada pola yang sistematis yang harus diikuti. 
Pertama, harus ada masalah. Masalah yang muncul butuh solusi, inilah yang memicu munculnya ide
Kedua, lakukan study mengenai masalah, mulai dari analisa data lalu lanjut ke observasi ke lapangan
Ketiga, buat rencana perbaikan. 

Tahap ketiga ini akan menjadi tahap pertama dalam PDCA ( Plan Do Check Action ). 
Rencana perbaikan harus membentuk suatu sistem. Sistem disini harus memiliki kejelasan siapa yang bertanggung jawab, sumner daya untuk melaknakannya, dan bagaimana prosedure kontrol untuk memastikan progress rencana perbaikan.

Hal inilah yang menunjukkan kualitas sebuah ide. Saya tidak tahu apakah ini sudah menjadi kebiasaan umum dikita, yaitu asal bicara tidak diikuti data atau fakta dan banyak menggunakan kata "mungkin". kata "mungkin" bisa keluar karena adanya ketidak tahuan, ketidak pahaman, namun malu untuk mengakuinya dan segan dipandang tidak punya ide dan kontribusi akhirnya ide asal-asalan ini keluar.
